Situated in Central Brittany, between Carhaix (4kms) and Mael Carhaix (4kms), and about 15 minutes from Rostrenen and the N164.
Property description
La Grande Maison is a detached country house, with extensive views of the Central Brittany countryside. The house in set in 1 hectare of land, on which we grow our own produce.
We offer bed and breakfast facilities in a quiet relaxed setting. Being in Central Brittany it is an ideal place to stay and use as a base for exploring Brittany. The coasts are about 1 hours drive away, and locally there are many places to visit, walks along the canal and through the local countryside.
We have a guest lounge, with tea and coffee facilities available at all times, games, books, magazines, local tourist information, DVD. Guests are also invited to relax in the garden.
Home cooked meals, using our own produce when available, can be provided although these need to be booked in advance. For the meals we charge 22 euros per person, for 3 courses, wine and coffee.
Off road parking area, covered area for bikes.
Open all year, pets taken by prior arrangement. No smoking in the house.
